What the pilot is
Most software trials hand you a login and leave you to work it out. This one doesn't.
Before we start, we write down 2–3 goals that matter to your business, such as "no invoice goes more than 7 days past terms without a follow-up" or "every open deal has a next step on the calendar." I'm Drew, the founder of Atlas BOS, and I run the pilot with you personally. During the pilot we map the tools you already use and scope what connects. I tune Atlas to your business and check in with you as it goes.
Every day, Atlas gives you the 3–5 things that need action, explains why each one matters, and prepares a recommended next step. Nothing is sent, charged or changed until a person on your team approves it.
At day 30 we sit down together and compare the results against the goals we wrote down. Then you decide: move to a paid plan, or walk away. Either answer is fine.

30 days of Atlas. I set Atlas up for your business and run the pilot with you. You get a daily list of what needs action today, and you approve each step.

Day-30 review. We go through each written goal together. Then you choose a plan or walk away.
FAQ
Who is the pilot for?
Small, operations-heavy teams that already use a CRM, email, a calendar and accounting or project tools, and still lose track of what needs doing today.
Do I have to replace my current tools?
No. Atlas works alongside the tools you already use. You keep your CRM, inbox and calendar.
Can Atlas take action without asking?
No. Atlas analyzes, prioritizes, recommends and prepares the work. Consequential decisions and actions stay with a person, and significant activity is recorded.
How is this different from the 14-day trial?
The trial is self-serve: you sign up, set Atlas up and explore it on your own. The pilot runs for 30 days, starts with written goals, and has me working alongside you the whole way.
Is the pilot free?
Yes. The 30-day guided pilot is free, no card required.
What happens at day 30?
We review the goals together. If Atlas earned its place, you move to a paid plan (Growth is $299/mo for up to 10 users). If it didn't, you walk away.
What happens to my data?
Your workspace is isolated from every other organization, its data is encrypted, and access is scoped by role. If you walk away after the pilot, your pilot data is deleted.
