By accessing or using Atlas BOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. You must be authorized to bind the business or organization you represent.

Atlas BOS provides an AI-powered business operating system, including tools for CRM, project management, finance, operations, and integrations with third-party services. Features and availability may vary based on your subscription plan.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, ensuring your use complies with applicable laws, and obtaining any necessary consents from your team members and customers. You may not use Atlas BOS for unlawful, abusive, or infringing purposes.

Atlas BOS connects with third-party services you authorize. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of those services. Your use of integrations is subject to the third party's terms and policies.

Atlas BOS and its underlying technology, designs, and content are owned by City of Trees Tech. You retain ownership of the data you upload or generate. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform during your subscription term.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas BOS and City of Trees Tech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
