We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, company name, and payment details when you create an account, book a demo, or subscribe to Atlas BOS. We also collect usage data, log data, and device information necessary to operate and improve the platform.

When you connect third-party services, we collect only the data required to provide the integrated functionality you request.

• Deliver AI-generated insights, recommendations, and automations.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.

Atlas BOS only accesses Google user data that users explicitly authorize through Google's OAuth process. Google user data is used solely to provide requested functionality and is never sold or used for advertising.

We request only the minimum scopes necessary for features such as reading email metadata, sending email on your behalf, or accessing calendar events. You can review or revoke these permissions at any time from your Google Account settings.

Atlas BOS integrates with services such as Google, Stripe, QuickBooks, Nexiqo, and Milestone Bill. Data shared with these integrations is limited to what is required for the integration to function and is subject to each provider's privacy practices. We do not sell your data to third parties.

We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular monitoring. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel. While we take security seriously, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, restrict, or delete your personal data. You may also object to certain processing or request a copy of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information below.

You can delete your workspace and associated data from within Atlas BOS settings. Upon deletion, we remove your data from active systems within a reasonable period and retain backups only as long as necessary for legal, security, or operational purposes.
